You did such a wonderful job with that! the cake looks lovely! I saw that a few other people suggested same thing I would... use a tall jar, can, or glass to set the cake mold on. Then the ring can slide down to the counter and off the cake. I also second the recommendation to put your cream whipping bowl and beaters in the fridge or the freezer for a little while before beating the cream. If it is hot in your kitchen (it often is in mine), I use cold packs. The kind that are flexible and reusable. I put those in my bigger bowl and my cream whipping bowl on top. No water to get in the small bowl! And the cold packs just go back into the freezer when I'm done.

Ah yes, the struggle of trying to take a cake out of those molds 🥴🤣 for next time, you can use a glass (or something bigger but similar) upside down in the table, then put the mold and push down, that way the glass will hold the cake! (Hope my explanation makes sense 😅) Love that it turned out beautiful and delicious nonetheless! 🩷 Have an amazing week! 🩵
